If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to have your data associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f DSGVO on the basis of Google’s legitimate interests in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
Independently of a playback of the embedded videos, a connection to the Google network “DoubleClick” is established each time this website is called up, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the us-European data protection agreement “Privacy Shield”, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider’s data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
9) Online marketing
9.1 Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google AdSense uses so-called “DoubleClick DART Cookies” (“Cookies”). These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called “web beacons” (small invisible graphics) to collect information, through the use of which simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/ or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google uses the information thus obtained to carry out an evaluation of your usage behaviour with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense will not be merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
The processing of data described above is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the purpose of targeting the user with advertising by third parties, whose advertisements are displayed on this website based on the evaluated user behaviour. At the same time, the processing serves our financial interest in exploiting the economic potential of our website by displaying personalised third-party advertising content in return for payment.

We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In this way, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an AdWords ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. The customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Adwords based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.

If we transmit data to Facebook for matching purposes, this data is encrypted locally on the browser and only then sent to Facebook via a secure https connection. This is done solely for the purpose of matching data that is also encrypted by Facebook.

Further information on data protection at “YouTube” can be found in the provider’s data protection statement at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy
The described processing of data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO for the purpose of targeting the user with advertising by advertising third parties, whose advertisements are displayed on this website based on the evaluated user behaviour.

If we transmit data to Facebook for matching purposes, this data is encrypted locally in the browser and only then sent to Facebook via a secure https connection. This is done solely for the purpose of matching the data with the data that is also encrypted by Facebook.
